Does it sound like a robot?
It’s an AI voice, and it tells callers it’s an automated assistant. The goal is a clear, friendly answer and a booked job — not to pretend to be a person.
What if it doesn’t know the answer?
It doesn’t guess. If it isn’t sure about a price or a detail, it says someone will call them back, takes a message, and texts you.
What about emergencies?
We set it up so that anything dangerous — fire, injury, flooding — is told to call 911 or the right number, not booked like a normal job.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. You set your phone to forward calls to ours if you don’t answer. Your phone still rings first.
Can I turn it off?
Any time. Remove the call forwarding and it stops. No lock-in.
What does it cost?
A flat $400 a month, month to month, with no per-minute charges. Setup is a one-time $750 at our founding-client rate, and it goes up as we take on more businesses. Setup is non-refundable because it pays for building the service around your business.
Does it do Spanish?
Yes. It can answer in English or Spanish.
